Description: Old-fashioned variety with 4-6" roots that boast white flesh and a bit of a bite. Milder if harvested early. Easy to grow and great flavor.
Planting Instructions: 30 days. After danger of frost has passed, plant seeds 1/4" deep in furrows in well-prepared soil. Cover with screened compost, or sand. Thin seedlings to 3" apart. Prefers cool weather. Plant every week or two to ensure a continuous crop up until 2 months before last frost. Water regularly for best flavor and elminate woody roots.
