Description: 15-18" tall heads of mild-flavored stalks and leaves, well known in Asian cuisine. Great in stir fry or pickled, biennial grown as an annual. Certified Organic.

Planting Instructions: 50 days. Direct seed 1/4" deep and 1/2" apart into well-prepared soil right about the time of the last frost, or start indoors 4-6 weeks earlier. Thin direct-planted seedlings or transplant indoor plants 6-12" apart in rows 18-36" apart. For a fall crop, direct seed by August. Keep soil evenly moist during growing season. Shading plants during the hottest part of the growing season extends your harvest time.
