Planting Instructions: 100-120 days. Start seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost. Sow 1/4" deep, and keep moist until seedlings emerge in 1-2 weeks. Provide lots of sun and transplant after danger of last frost and temps remain above 60F. Does best with well-drained soil, but will handle a wide range of soil types. Harvest seeds in the fall. It will help to cover the seed heads to keep birds and squirrels from stealing your harvest.
