Description: Popular in Mexican and Asian cuisine. Harvested early for its flavorful leaves, later for its edible flowers and finally for its seeds,coriander, ground up for use in curry powder and its roots for Thai cuisine. Great for container gardening.
Planting Instructions: 55 days. After danger of frost has passed, direct seed 1/4" deep, 1-2" apart. Thin seedlings to 12" apart when they have 3 pairs of leaves. Alternately, start indoors 6-8 weeks before the date of the last frost and transplant outdoors after hardening off when temps warm up. Grows to 18-24" high with delicate white flowers. Bolts in hot weather.
