Description: Attracitve blend of pink, white, blue and red flowers from one of the most popular wildflower seeds. Also known as cornflower. Easy to grow and adaptable to many soil types, plants grow to 3'. Annual that will self sow. Cut flowers just when they begin to open, they'll last 7-10 days in a vase.
Planting Instructions: 90 days. Direct seed after danger of frost has passed and soil has warmed. Choose a location with full sun to partial shade and rich, well-drained soil that has been worked down to a depth of 8". Broadcast seeds and cover with 1/2" of soil. Keep evenly moist until seedlings emerge in about 7-10 days. Thin to about 12" apart when they are 1" high. Deadhead to encourage additional blooms or make succession planting to provide blooms into late summer.
